Stroll Club
Menu

A walking club for Sioux Falls dads.

Present dads, one park at a time.

Once a month we meet at a park, grab coffee and a donut, and walk with our kids. That’s it. No agenda, no membership, no pressure. Just dads who show up for their kids and each other.

Why this exists

The Sioux Falls Stroll Club gives dads a place to build real friendships: monthly walks in local parks with our kids, plus workshops and community events built around fatherhood.

Friendship is a big part of it. Most of us didn’t have a natural place to make friends after kids arrived. The Stroll Club is that place: low effort, kid-friendly, and consistent enough that you can count on it.

The other part is proving something. The “Homer Simpson dad” is dead. The next generation of fathers is present, active, and excited to be in our kids’ lives, and every walk is a few dozen of us showing it in public.

Our story and mission

What a stroll actually is

Show up
A weekend morning at a local park, usually Saturday, sometimes Sunday. Coffee and donuts are usually waiting, thanks to our sponsors.
Walk
An easy loop at kid pace. Strollers, bikes, scooters, and carriers all work. So does carrying a toddler (and we tip our cap to you if you do)!
Talk
Wins, struggles, football, cars, sleep schedules, nothing in particular. You’ll leave knowing a few more dads in town.

The newsletter

Twice a month, give or take. Event recaps, what’s next, and one honest thought about being a dad. Easy to leave if it’s not for you.
