Accessibility

What we have done

• Keyboard friendly. You can reach every link, button, and form field with a keyboard, and you can always see which one is selected.
• Skip link. A “Skip to content” link at the top of each page jumps past the menu.
• Labeled forms. Every form field has a label that screen readers read out.
• Alt text. Photos and logos have text descriptions for screen readers.
• Less motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site respects it. Moving content, like the video and scrolling logos, has a pause button.
• Readable colors. We check text and background colors for contrast.
• Screen reader updates. When something changes on the page, like a form being sent or the cart updating, screen readers announce it.

What we don’t control

Donations and the shop. The donation form is provided by Zeffy, and the shop checkout is run by Fourthwall. We can’t change how those work. If either one gives you trouble, email us and we’ll help you donate or order another way.

Event spots. Our events happen in parks and at partner businesses, and every place is different. If you want to know about a specific event, like stroller or wheelchair paths or restrooms, ask us and we’ll find out.
